I am Ken Lahav, a consultant specializing in technology delivery based in Sydney. I have spent the last twenty five years implementing, managing and delivering technology across startups, scale-ups, enterprise and government across several continents. I have been a hands on engineer, a program manager, a delivery leader and a technical advisor.
A continues and curious learner and an early adapter of new technologies and ways of working. I have a passion for building delivery functions and coaching leaders and executives on ways of working, planning and governance.
